A hot line team of multi-lingual doctors and nurses are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (0994810990 ) and are ready to take your call. A private consultation with an on-call doctor will be arranged and, where necessary, a same day consultation with the appropriate medical specialist or Hospital OPD will be organized. Our emergency ambulance service is also on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Home Healthcare Services

Our dedicated nurses are fully registered in compliance with the Nursing Act of Thailand with expertise in nursing emergency and chronically ill patients, providing basic nursing services, collecting laboratory samples, monitoring vital signs, cleansing wounds and tending to patient hygiene in the home.

Medical Repatriation Service

This fully integrated service is designed to minimize in-flight medical incidents and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We facilitate pre-flight MEDIF screening, deal with any in-flight emergency and by providing round-the-clock ground-to-air medical advice for the flight crew assist in avoiding any costly flight diversions. Post-flight patient management and ground medical support is also provided.
